Following the melting of copper ingots, KOLEGO conducts a secondary spectrometer analysis of the molten copper to ensure it meets stringent quality standards. Our testing confirms that the copper content exceeds 59% and the lead content is maintained below 1.5%, in adherence to European low-lead regulations. Only after passing these rigorous checks do, we proceed with the mass casting of faucet bodies, ensuring excellence in every product.
Following the casting of faucet bodies, we meticulously generate spectroscopy reports for our esteemed clients. These reports meticulously detail the precise composition of the materials used, ensuring compliance with stringent quality standards and confirming the high purity of our products, thereby fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Post casting, each faucet body undergoes rigorous leak testing. Approved bodies then advance to our advanced CNC machining center for precision surface preparation and thread machining. Following meticulous inspection to meet our high standards, they undergo polishing, where final quality checks ensure an impeccable finish. Approved bodies proceed to surface treatment for enhanced durability and aesthetics, preparing them for the assembly line.
Equipped with an independent laboratory, we conduct rigorous incoming material inspections for accessories, as well as final product sampling inspections for both company and buyer quality control.
